Teamlead Legal Customer Success Management (SaaS): Leading and developing a team responsible for the success of customers with a legal product platform, with an accent on implementing legal strategy and ensuring long-term customer relationships. Focus on driving data-driven retention strategies, optimizing customer journeys, and managing key internal stakeholders.

Location: Despite the full remote option, you are also prepared to come to the office in Cologne at agreed intervals. Home Office or flexible working from Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, France, Italy.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of currently 6 Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Be operationally responsible for the success and satisfaction of customers with the legal product platform throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to increase customer retention and ensure the achievement of critical retention targets.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and foster close cooperation with Legal Account Management, Legal Consultants, Lawyers, and Product Management.
  • Be actively involved in recruiting new talent for the team.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in customer success management (B2B) in a SaaS company.
  • Proven experience in disciplinary and technical management of CSMs.
  • Strong hands-on mentality and availability as an escalation instance for the team.
  • Analytical thinking and confident communication in German and English.
  • Ability to act as a sparring partner and mentor, fostering team development.
  • Holistic understanding of Customer Success Management.
  • Prepared to come to the office in Cologne at agreed intervals.
