What you will do

  • Build and implement sales strategies for Start Up & SMB customers across EMEA.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 8 high-performing Account Managers to deliver retention and growth targets.
  • Evolve hirify.global’s expansion and renewal sales playbook with new initiatives.
  • Grow the Account Management team through active involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Create sales training, conduct forecasting meetings, and mentor direct reports on account retention and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive better outcomes for prospects and customers with headquarters in EMEA.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of people management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • 3 years in a tech solution selling/closing role.
  • Background in solution selling methodology (e.g., Sandler, SPIN).
  • Demonstrated track record of using data to inform decisions and strategy.
  • Experience managing and scaling teams that sell multiple products into multiple personas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume startup environment.
  • Technical competency to understand hirify.global’s software and learn about governance, risk, and compliance.
