What you will do

• Provide technical consultancy, identify customer needs, and deliver on-site and web-based presentations.
• Prepare solution designs, RFP responses, competitive comparisons, and technical documentation.
• Lead the building of complex technical solutions including servers, storage, SDS, AI Cluster, networking, virtualization, containers, and cloud.
• Lead a team of PSE & Support Engineers responsible for supporting the installation base of Server Systems, SDS solutions, and AI clusters.
• Present, demonstrate, and troubleshoot Proof of Concept systems for partners and end-customers.
• Educate company's staff and key customers on new product specifics and vendor solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience with a system integrator, distributor, or vendor.
• Deep understanding of modern IT technologies including servers, storage, virtualization, containers, AI designs, and networking.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with servers and storage systems from at least one A-brand HW leading manufacturer (e.g., Dell EMC, HPE, Nvidia).
• Strong experience with Linux/Unix server operating systems (Windows is a plus).
• Good technical presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent English is required; Ukrainian or Russian language is a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise backup software, databases (Oracle, MySQL), monitoring systems, software-defined infrastructure, or network-management.
• Professional skills in networking, understanding of network architecture principles (CCNA level or equal).
• Technical certifications from leading IT Enterprise manufacturers.
