TL;DR
Backend Tech Lead: Leading backend development using Java & Spring Boot and managing stakeholder communication, with an accent on experience with AWS or GCP and people management. Focus on project management and Agile deliveries.
Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Coimbra or Braga once per week

What you will do
- Lead backend development with Java & Spring Boot.
- Communicate with stakeholders.
- Participate in project management (risk assessment, dependencies, planning).
- Manage people.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a backend developer with Java & Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with AWS or GCP.
- Experience with stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge about project management (risk assessment, dependencies, planning).
- Experience with people management.
- Fluency in English (B2) is mandatory.
- Available for a Hybrid work model once per week in Lisbon, Coimbra or Braga.
