TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (EMEA): Leading field marketing initiatives for the UK/I and Nordics regions, focusing on driving net-new logo acquisition across enterprise and high-value mid-market segments. Focus on orchestrating impactful campaigns, identifying local market insights, and collaborating with GTM teams to guide market presence and growth strategies.

Location: Must be based in London. Ability to work remotely and from co-working spaces, with freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary Marketing representative and expert for the UK/I and Nordics regions.
  • Drive cohesive marketing strategy and brand presence across local channels and activities.
  • Support strategic account programs and align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Identify events and content themes for marketing, business, and technical professionals.
  • Lead end-to-end project management of chosen industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing and sales teams to maximize ecosystem opportunities and amplify success stories.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or MarTech.
  • Experience specifically with UK/I and/or Nordics markets.
  • Proficiency with marketing and project management tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Asana, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong budgeting, contract management, and project management experience.
  • Prior exposure to large-scale in-person events (trade shows, conferences).
  • Detailed experience working with Sales Development Representatives and Sales teams.
  • Excellent and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

  • Experience with lead conversion campaigns.
