TL;DR

Revenue Operations Associate (Fintech): Improving front-to-back dealing processes, routines, and policies, as well as managing portfolio segmentation and performance monitoring. Focus on driving efficiency through data analysis, KPI tracking, and the adoption of commercial AI to manage a large global Client Portfolio Management team.

Location: Hybrid in London (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Salary: Competitive Starting Salary with an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Own Client Portfolio Management (CPM) efficiency, problem mapping, and delivery of improvements for dealing processes, routines, and policies.
  • Optimize routines, ensure policies & SOPs are updated, and track KPIs for visibility and issue resolution.
  • Revamp client allocation and engagement frameworks through portfolio segmentation.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and feedback on 'Overwatch' performance (client churn and upsell success).
  • Drive commercial AI adoption and transformation to manage a large global CPM team at scale.
  • Monitor Head of CPM performance against metrics and support problematic areas.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work hybrid in the London office (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
  • A first-class degree in a technical discipline from a highly regarded university (exceptional graduates considered).
  • Preferred 3+ years of professional experience within financial services.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working closely with sales and account management teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
