Onboarding Specialist (Travel Tech): Working directly with hotel partners to bring them successfully onto the hirify.global platform for use with airline clients with an accent on a tailored, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly. Focus on training hotels on hirify.global technology and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Location: Hybrid working model (2 days from home), with the possibility of working 2 weeks from abroad.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain strong hotel partner relationships.
• Oversee new hotel partner onboarding, including training on hirify.global technology, administrative processes, and communication channels.
• Provide technical support and monitor hotel portal operations.
• Act as a key contact between hirify.global Operations, hirify.global IT, and hotel partners.
• Maintain and optimize hotel supplier relationships through effective account management.
• Monitor hotel performance, address issues, and ensure service quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer/supplier onboarding, technical implementation, and account management.
• Confidence in front of suppliers, ability to independently lead presentations.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Suite (mainly Excel).
• Strong written and spoken English (additional languages are a bonus).

Nice to have

• Background in aviation, hospitality, or travel tech.
