Location: Hybrid, 3 days in-office minimum in Galway, Ireland. Relocation and visa sponsorship assistance are available for qualified, successful candidates.

What you will do

• Architect and design core components of hirify.global’s products, including APIs, services, middleware, and user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable C# code for major architectural components, contributing directly to product development.
• Own and drive non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security from ideation to implementation.
• Document and advocate best practices in software design, coding standards, and engineering principles across teams.
• Review and guide development teams on design decisions, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and product managers to define and communicate technical strategy.

Requirements

• Expertise in Computer Science with an excellent understanding of math, algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and software architecture.
• 10+ years of combined experience architecting, designing, and implementing multi-tiered software applications.
• Strong experience in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, and MVC.
• Excellent hands-on knowledge of relational data models, SQL (MS SQL server), and NoSQL Databases.
• Good knowledge of designing and deploying applications in AWS or Azure.
• Deep experience in agile software development life cycle, practices, and tools.
