Location: Must be located close to one of hirify.global's Finland offices (Helsinki or Tampere).

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of tailored solutions that leverage GenAI, harnessing the power of Large Language Models (LLM) to address complex business challenges.
• Work with LLMs, vector embeddings, and retrieval systems to develop a comprehensive GenAI application that leverages advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques for tasks such as text generation, summarization, question answering, and content recommendation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the development of AI use cases that contribute real value to the users.
• Advise and support stakeholders on applying AI methodologies in their business to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and mentor within the AI domain, driving innovation and excellence in the Data Competence.
• Support the sales team, leveraging your technical expertise to contribute to customer success and drive project engagements.

Requirements

• MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field with a strong focus on analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in GenAI, machine learning, and software development, with a history of successfully implementing (generative) AI use cases into practical solutions.
• Proficiency in programming skills such as Python and other AI-related libraries and frameworks. Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs e.g. GPT or Llama2 and understanding of NLP coupled with LLMs.
• Demonstrated ability in AI/ML solution architecture design and experience with data and AI tools on popular cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Possession of relevant certifications in cloud technology or GenAI.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
