What you will do

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process for various teams across the business.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment process.
• Build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
• Source active and passive candidates through relevant networks and online databases.
• Support the recruitment team in ad-hoc hires across the business.

Requirements

• Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
• Track record of success in talent acquisition and sourcing strategy, preferably within a tech sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Adaptable to moving business needs.
• Comfortable dealing with internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring sales candidates a big plus.
