What you will do

• Work the full cycle recruitment process for various teams, mainly commercial.
• Collaborate closely with the CCO and Sales SVPs to scale global sales teams.
• Partner with hiring managers and their teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Build efficient and scalable recruiting processes, generating ideas for improvements.
• Manage a complex recruitment schedule utilizing ATS and other tools.
• Source active and passive candidates through various networks and research.
• Support ad-hoc hires across other business areas like operations, events, engineering, and marketing.

Requirements

• Exceptional problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and development of sourcing strategy, preferably in tech.
• Ability to understand both long-term and short-term perspectives, adjusting to deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Adaptability to moving business needs and recruitment team asks.
• Comfort dealing with internal stakeholders and deep-diving into team needs.
