Delegation Executive

TL;DR

Delegation Executive: Identifying and pursuing opportunities with private and public sector delegations to attend hirify.global events with an accent on executing go-to-market strategies and managing key attendee relationships. Focus on driving engagement from various community groups and ensuring optimal attendee experience at global events.

Location: Hybrid, based in Dublin, Ireland. Pension contributions are available for Irish-based employees only.

What you will do

• Identify and pursue opportunities with delegations from private and public sectors for hirify.global events.
• Own relationships with group and premium ticket holders.
• Execute go-to-market strategies for key industries and countries, collaborating with speaker, partnership, startup, and investor teams.
• Work within the B2B commercial organization, providing customer insights to the marketing team.
• Develop marketing collateral and design curated experiences for key audience groups.
• Lead either new business strategy for group ticket sales or retention of general attendees in your market.
• Form the Attendee Experience team during events in Qatar, Vancouver, Rio, and Lisbon.
• Lead outbound initiatives to increase engagement from community groups like L&D Enterprise, Startup ecosystems, and educational institutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in new business acquisition/development strategies across multiple markets is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Great communication skills in English, especially on the phone, and ability to engage any audience.
• Passion for harnessing data insights to create and refine outreach campaigns.
• Genuine willingness to learn and drive to succeed.

Nice to have

• A secondary language, either Portuguese, Spanish, German or French.
