What you will do

• Develop relationships with the world’s leading media and ensure their attendance at events.
• Take ownership of content stages and tracks, becoming an expert on media outlets and individuals.
• Use AI and data tools to ensure maximum efficiency and maintain records on Salesforce.
• Convince media professionals to speak at events or chair talks with high-profile speakers.
• Develop and execute coverage planning strategies with top-tier media outlets before events.

Requirements

• Creative, confident, and articulate with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and resourceful, able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of planning, executing, and evaluating activity on a long-term basis.
• Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Strong knowledge of new media platforms and comfortable creating video and social media content.
• Confident using AI tools and data to help manage and focus your work.
• Passionate about media with solid knowledge of the international media landscape and about tech.
• Previous experience dealing with media as a journalist or in relevant PR or marketing functions.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of achieving targets.
