What you will do
- Source, qualify, and engage Tier 3/startup sponsors through targeted outbound outreach.
- Lead introduction and discovery calls using a value-first sales playbook.
- Support proposal development and hand off larger opportunities to senior commercial leads when needed.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in HubSpot CRM.
- Leverage AI and modern sales tools to improve outreach efficiency and personalization.
- Share market insights and partner feedback with events and content teams to inform future strategy.
Requirements
- Hunter mindset with experience generating your own leads.
- Strong background in sponsorship or exhibition sales with a track record of closing deals.
- Ability to consistently exceed sales targets and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Data-driven and comfortable analyzing performance to refine your approach.
- Clear, confident communicator who works well with marketing and events teams.
- Proficient with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
