What you will do

• Lead daily operations of TikTok Shop, acting as the main contact with TikTok account managers.
• Manage paid social activity on Meta and YouTube.
• Plan and implement GMV Max and paid social campaigns on TikTok, driving KPIs like revenue, engagement, and new customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with affiliate creators, influencers, and digital trading teams.
• Oversee a Social Commerce Assistant.
• Stay updated on emerging live social shopping platforms and implement new initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with social commerce, live shopping, or digital campaign management, with hands-on TikTok Shop experience.
• Operational skills with experience delivering results at pace and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Growth mindset, resilience, and experience with learning new platforms and approaches.
• Experience in campaign planning, performance analysis, and reporting on KPIs.
