FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Align budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes among global stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multiple teams (Corporate FP&A, Strategy, Commercial Finance, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations) to align end-to-end planning.
• Ensure correct initialization of forecasting tools and monitor process, communicating ETAs.
• Manage and escalate tool-related incidents in coordination with IT.
• Document, model new business rules, and conduct UAT for them.
• Produce global reports and participate in projects to streamline forecasting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A within a multinational company, audit, or consulting firm.
• Graduate of a Business School or Engineering program.
• Solid knowledge of P&L and general accounting processes.
• Comfortable managing complexity and handling multiple tasks concurrently.
• Fluent in English (C1+), with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with recognized EPM tools (Oracle, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Tagetik).
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with SQL or Python for data analysis or automation.
