Location: Candidates must be based in one of the listed cities (Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Krakow, Kyiv, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Lviv, Odesa, Riga, Sofia, Tbilisi, Varna, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Yerevan) or work remotely from Bulgaria, Georgia, or Poland.

What you will do

  • Translate product strategy into an actionable roadmap and own delivery end-to-end.
  • Prioritize backlog effectively with an MVP-first approach.
  • Lead product discovery and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with global stakeholders.
  • Own the product backlog, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and track KPIs, champion AI-driven efficiencies, and mentor junior Product Owners.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience building global B2B products in complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and OmniChannel (mandatory).
  • Strong agile delivery skills with proven experience leading ceremonies.
  • Data-driven decision-maker experienced in measuring product adoption and value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • Background in Travel, Support Platforms, Help Centers, or Knowledge Hubs.
  • Experience using AI or automation to enhance workflows.
