TL;DR

Senior FX Partnerships Sales (Fintech): Developing and managing institutional partnerships in the FX space, focusing on white-labelled solutions for financial intermediaries. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and mastering the foreign exchange industry.

Location: Shanghai Office (Hybrid)

Salary: Industry leading basic salary and the opportunity to quickly increase your earnings through a transparent commission scheme. Earn monthly uncapped commission and quarterly incentives.

What you will do

  • Develop and expand a network of intermediaries through market research and cold calling to maximize revenue potential.
  • Understand partners' and clients' needs to present appropriate FX payment solutions.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities, leading demand generation and campaigns.
  • Engage in all steps of the Sales Cycle to ensure smooth pipeline progression and maximize results.
  • Onboard new partners and clients to drive revenue and meet individual and business targets.
  • Develop deep relationships with partners and end clients, including CEOs, CFOs, and Treasurers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience of B2B sales or client-facing experience.
  • Strong interest in financial markets, ideally with a financial background.
  • Excellent communication and social skills for face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions.
  • Structured approach to market research, planning, and organization.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatic, autonomous, and self-driven problem-solver.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess new opportunities based on market needs, economics, and technological capabilities.
  • Business fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Strong commercial understanding of the Foreign Exchange industry with ability to network and build relationships.
