What you will do

  • Develop and expand the existing distributor network and sales channels within the assigned territory.
  • Drive new channel and business development, managing dealer networks to increase sales.
  • Enhance brand market influence and market share through effective promotion and product display.
  • Generate sales of hirify.global equipment, accessories, and consumables to meet budget levels.
  • Identify customer technical requirements and deliver full technical and commercial solutions, including contract negotiation.
  • Provide assistance with basic equipment installations and on-site training.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience in semiconductor, scientific, or capital equipment.
  • Experience managing a small group of distributors and identifying new sales partners.
  • Solid experience selling technical solutions and services.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of customer relationship management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a consultative and honest approach to securing sales.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs including CRM, QMS, ERP, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Infor CRM or Salesforce CRM.
