What you will do

• Develop, manage, and maintain technical export documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with both global templates and local/regional requirements.
• Analyse and evaluate differences between global ERP templates and local/regional needs, providing recommendations for adaptation where necessary.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other project stages to ensure successful implementation and operation of ERP and export solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP and export system operations, acting as a key contact for issue resolution and user support.
• Proactively identify process improvements and enable process digitisation and innovation.
• Support change management activities by creating clear, accessible documentation that facilitates user adoption and organisational progress.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in ERP systems (especially SAP EWM, S/4HANA) and export documentation.
• Strong understanding of compliance with local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements in ERP and export operations.
• Experience in user support, troubleshooting, and system operations.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and content management systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
