What you will do

• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and guide deployment strategies for SaaS solutions.
• Operationalize portfolio management and backup/recovery platforms, integrating technologies like ServiceNow and Moveworks (AI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business owners to define technical architecture and ensure scalability.
• Manage product aspects, including vendor alliances, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership to the application development team, performing design and code reviews.
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems such as identity management, collaboration tools, and ticketing platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of solid understanding of Data Center, including Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Application & Databases.
• Solid understanding of Systems and Solutions Architecture.
• Hands-on experience and learning with Data Center technologies, Cloud Software (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and interoperability.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Nice to have

• MS Project or other Project Management software experience.
