What you will do

• Proactively build and manage a pipeline of new clients (banks, asset managers, institutional clients) for digital asset trading services.
• Oversee rapid and frictionless client onboarding, collaborating with support teams.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing new deals.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and active platform use within the existing client base.
• Represent Taurus at industry events, contribute to marketing, and build partnerships.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in trading and brokerage sales in financial services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Economy.
• Solid client book and experience in building strong sales pipelines.
• Strong interest and knowledge in digital assets, finance, and capital markets.
• Dynamic, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Availability to travel extensively to visit clients on-site when needed.
• Fluent in English.

• Fluency in another language is advantageous.
