What you will do

• Own the automation domain and quality for all security products end-to-end.
• Lead and develop automation teams, including managing team leads.
• Define and establish automation standards and methodologies across teams.
• Drive initiatives to enhance quality, coverage, efficiency, and time-to-market.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and DevOps to influence roadmaps and align on release readiness.
• Provide technical direction and governance for automation frameworks and architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering or automation management role, with ownership of teams and quality outcomes.
• Proven experience in security and/or networking domains, ideally with large-scale B2B products.
• Strong background in test automation for complex, multi-layered products.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-team initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience defining and scaling automation strategies for SaaS or multi-tenant cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing lifecycles, and production readiness processes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and modern service-based architectures.
• Background in networking and/or security domains (strong advantage).
