What you will do

• Conduct investigations assigned by the Manager Compliance to determine risk exposure.
• Adjudicate referrals of unusual activity and ensure timely SAR submission within applicable jurisdictions.
• Mitigate risks by SAR filing, recommendations for account closure, and freezing of funds.
• Provide support to Customer Help Desk and Legal Team requests for investigative assistance.
• Communicate with customers, agents, and internal attorneys as applicable.
• Provide strong input into the design and delivery of investigative and AML training.

Requirements

• Experience in an investigative function.
• Demonstrated AML experience including customer and enhanced due diligence (CDD/EDD), AML/CTF/Sanctions Investigations, and SAR/STR reporting.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills (decision-making).
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
