What you will do

• Conduct investigations of unusual activity, assess risk exposure to hirify.global, and mitigate risks through SAR filing or account actions.
• Provide investigative support to Customer Help Desk and Legal Team requests.
• Communicate with customers, agents, and internal attorneys as applicable.
• Continuously self-develop skills in blockchain technology, virtual currencies, suspicious activities, and best investigative practices.
• Provide strong input into the design and delivery of investigative and AML training to colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in an investigative function.
• Demonstrated AML experience, including customer and enhanced due diligence (CDD/EDD), AML/CTF/Sanctions investigations, and SAR/STR reporting.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
