Senior M365 & Azure Administrator: Operate and optimize customer cloud productivity and infrastructure environments with an accent on administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Azure services, and implementing governance. Focus on proactively advising customers on the Microsoft 365 roadmap, guiding feature adoption, and driving automation for scale and consistency.

What you will do

  • Administer and optimize customer Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive environments.
  • Provision, manage, and monitor Azure IaaS, PaaS, and networking components using tools like App Insights and Log Analytics.
  • Develop and enforce governance policies for Microsoft 365 services.
  • Administer DevOps environments, including project and user management.
  • Proactively advise customers on the Microsoft 365 roadmap, feature adoption, and change management.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 administration within large corporate settings.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online administration.
  • Deep understanding of Azure infrastructure, including App Services, Application Gateway, management groups, and SQL Databases.
  • Expertise in Azure AD, conditional access policies, and AD Connect.
  • Ability to automate management tasks using PowerShell scripts and Logic Apps.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
