What you will do

• Administer Exchange Online, including user, group, and shared mailboxes and retention policies.
• Support user account lifecycle management and license administration across Microsoft 365 services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor governance policies for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange.
• Administer Microsoft Teams environment, leveraging the Call Quality Dashboard for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Provision, manage, and monitor Azure IaaS, PaaS, and networking components.
• Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell scripts and Azure Logic Apps.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience administering Azure and Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams administration.
• Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), conditional access policies, and Azure AD Connect.
• Advanced understanding of Azure App Services and load-balancing solutions such as Azure Application Gateway.
• Deep knowledge of Azure management groups, subscriptions, and resource groups.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices.
