What you will do

• Lead the Infrastructure Project department and mentor junior project managers and teams.
• Establish and enforce project governance, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee complex, multi-phase IT infrastructure projects (network, server, storage, database, cloud, hybrid environments).
• Define project objectives, track milestones, and manage project risks effectively.
• Manage internal business stakeholders and vendors, translating business requirements into technical needs.
• Ensure alignment with internal PMO standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience leading IT infrastructure programs and teams.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
• 8+ years of experience with enterprise-grade infrastructure components.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering infrastructure initiatives across on-premise, private, and public cloud environments.
• 5+ years of experience ensuring alignment with IT governance frameworks, compliance processes, and risk management practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience or certification in ITIL/ITSM processes.
