What you will do

• Lead the migration of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to Power BI
• Translate existing workflows into optimized Power BI reports aligned with enterprise data standards
• Develop reusable data models and semantic layers to support self-service analytics
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reliable and high-quality data sources
• Optimize report performance, governance, and usability for global stakeholders
• Partner with business teams to onboard and train users in the Power BI ecosystem

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in BI and reporting development
• Advanced expertise in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot for dashboard creation and search-driven analytics
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying Snowflake and/or Azure Databricks
• Proficiency in data visualization best practices and data storytelling
• Solid understanding of BI governance, security, and role-based access controls
