What you will do

• Design, build, and implement scalable low-code workflow automation solutions.
• Translate business and operational requirements into structured workflows and system configurations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams on solution design.
• Configure, test, validate, and deploy automation flows into production.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed workflows for performance and scalability.
• Maintain configuration standards, platform governance, and system documentation.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in workflow automation, solutions architecture, or low-code platform development.
• Strong ability to design and model complex business processes.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Retool, Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate, Appian).
• Experience with APIs, data integrations, and system orchestration.
• Proficiency with Git, basic SQL, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and agile development environments.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
