What you will do

• Lead and mentor DevOps and infrastructure engineers.
• Define and ensure standards for deployment pipelines, monitoring, and tooling.
• Oversee production environments, ensuring system reliability and security best practices.
• Lead automation efforts across build, test, and release pipelines using IaC and container orchestration.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and SRE teams to optimize delivery processes and manage incidents.
• Support infrastructure cost control, vendor management, and report on platform health and delivery.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering roles.
• Experience leading technical teams or cross-functional squads.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation, and delivery tooling.
• Confidence managing infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
• Experience defining SLAs, monitoring standards, and incident processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, container orchestration, and scripting (Python).
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
