TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (.Net): Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions and resolving complex L2 technical issues with an accent on in-depth technical analysis across application and platform. Focus on replicating, validating, and diagnosing defects in test environments and collaborating to deploy sustainable fixes, ensuring system stability and reliability.

Location: Remote (Costa Rica)

What you will do

Evaluate, investigate, and resolve L2 customer-reported technical issues, performing in-depth analysis across the Workbench application and platform.
Replicate, validate, and diagnose defects in test environments, contributing to bug fixing and patch delivery.
Collaborate with development, QA, and cross-functional teams to deploy sustainable fixes and support continuous improvement of system stability and reliability.

Requirements

Strong experience investigating and resolving complex technical issues within L2 support environments.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript (React), and Python for diagnosing and fixing defects in backend and frontend components.
Solid understanding of .NET services, REST APIs, microservices, and Kafka implementations.
Proficiency in SQL and data validation, including data manipulation using Excel.
Hands-on experience with Git for version control and Agile methodologies for structured delivery.
Ability to analyze logs, APIs, and system behavior to determine root causes and propose sustainable solutions.

Nice to have

Familiarity with API/JSON troubleshooting and integration workflows.
Understanding of best practices such as DDD, TDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
Basic exposure to Docker, GitHub, or Azure services.
