What you will do

• Improve user flows following retail best practices for user-facing digital products based on user profiles and scenarios.
• Interpret user research findings to design strategies and improve overall experience, participating in usability testing and data analysis.
• Partner with product managers, developers, marketers, and customer service teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Enhance user journeys across product discovery, checkout, subscription management, and mobile experiences.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction models to test and validate design concepts.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX design experience.
• Proven track record in ecommerce and/or retail UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and measurable impact.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and customer feedback loops.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ecommerce and related digital experiences.
• Experience working in agile environments and with cross-functional teams.
