Location: Unlimited work from home from anywhere in the world, with optional offices in Kyiv, Lviv, or Warsaw.

What you will do

• Determine scope, strategy, and approaches for various projects.
• Prepare, schedule, and re-estimate QC activity estimates throughout the SDLC.
• Analyze product features and enhancements using defined procedures.
• Create, update, and review specifications, requirements, and other QC-related documents.
• Identify and configure test design, tools, and extensions based on selected test types and approaches.
• Execute testing procedures, report defects, perform regression testing, and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
• Share testing results and prepare test summary reports for stakeholders.
• Compile statistical data, develop QC metrics, and measure project/product quality risks.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in manual testing, including web and mobile applications.
• Experience in writing Master/Level Test Plans and test documentation.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and ability to specify testing approaches.
• Experience with performing analysis of product features, creating test cases, and operating testing environments.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and Impact analysis.
• Experience with DB and SQL, understanding client-server architecture, microservices, and backend testing.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL API (Postman querying) and Dev tools.
• English: Upper-intermediate level or higher (B2+).

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification.
• Performance testing experience.
