Sr. Director, Channel Partners: Developing and executing a channel partner strategy to expand hirify.global Fleet’s market presence and drive revenue growth with an accent on building strong relationships with existing partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, and maximizing the effectiveness of channel programs. Focus on leading recruitment and onboarding of new partners, providing sales resources and training, and monitoring partner performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Location: Remote (US). Requires willingness to travel as needed.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Lead the recruitment, negotiation, and onboarding of new channel partners.
  • Provide partners with sales resources, marketing materials, and product training.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor partner performance, and conduct regular business reviews to assess growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment for channel initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the fleet management or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing successful channel partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management solutions and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.

Nice to have

  • MBA preferred.
