What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the EHR platform and integrations (Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner, MEDITECH, and others).
• Define where to partner deeply with EHRs and where to differentiate as the ecosystem changes.
• Translate customer needs, commercial priorities, and competitive dynamics into product direction.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver integrations that are dependable, scalable, and strategically aligned.
• Ensure integrations meet healthcare compliance and security requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, interoperability standards such as HL7/FHIR).
• Manage day-to-day product relationships with EHR vendors and integration partners.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform or integration-focused products.
• Direct experience working with EHR systems or building EHR integrations (required).
• Experience managing external partners in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams on API-driven, data-intensive, or infrastructure-heavy products.
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and regulated systems.
