Salary: $138,000–$150,000 base salary plus annual company bonus and equity.

What you will do
- Lead and execute all email marketing programs, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, and lifecycle nurtures.
- Manage the organic social media presence on LinkedIn.
- Serve as the HubSpot expert, overseeing list management, segmentation, and database health.
- Build, test, and refine HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and lead scoring logic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to life end-to-end.
- Continuously test and optimize campaign elements like subject lines, CTAs, and segmentation strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, lifecycle, or marketing operations roles.
- Deep hands-on HubSpot ownership experience, including workflows, list logic, sequences, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, compliance).
- Experience executing and analyzing LinkedIn content and channel performance.
- Solid grasp of B2B SaaS funnels, lifecycle marketing, and demand generation fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, uncover insights, and translate them into actionable improvements.
