What you will do

• Lead an agile team with backlog grooming, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination, focusing on AI-driven product capabilities.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing, talent-facing, and internal product experiences.
• Define the scope of new product features and improvements.
• Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Identify and solve complex product challenges that align with short-term goals and long-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of proven software product management experience.
• Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from early discovery through launch, iteration, and scale, even in ambiguous environments.
• Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices.
• Experience designing, launching, and iterating on AI-driven product features and workflows that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
