hirify.global AI is building a real-time ad-serving platform focused on delivering more relevant ads while protecting user privacy within its Bing Ads division.

What you will do

• Produce extensible and maintainable designs and code for large-scale distributed systems.
• Optimize, debug, and refactor code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Apply metrics and best practices to drive the quality and stability of code.
• Utilize debugging tools, logs, and telemetry to verify assumptions and proactively address issues.
• Review code to ensure it meets quality standards and is appropriate for product scale.
• Provide mentorship and guidance for other engineers on the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 2+ years of technical engineering experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong experience with efficient data structures, algorithms, and asynchronous programming.
• Demonstrated experience in high-performance data processing.
• Ability to work onsite in Cairo, Eg.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Prior experience with C++.
• Demonstrated experience working on low latency systems.
• Familiarity with information retrieval or advertising systems.
• Prior experience with open-source contributions.
