What you will do

• Collaborate with legal, tax, and external consultants specializing in Colombia.
• Work with Product Managers to shape the debit product vision.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into product and system requirements.
• Understand product workflows and define clear Definition of Done for IT teams.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of regulatory requirements from source to implementation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of banking operations and card products (debit cards, payment flows, fees, KYC/AML).
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
• Experience in fintech or banking is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work with complex regulatory requirements and ambiguity.
• Experience working with legal and compliance stakeholders is a plus.
