• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of backend developers.
• Be responsible for development in one of the 10 cross-functional teams for the assigned business domain.

Требования

• 1+ year of leadership experience in development teams with strong people management, team management, and effective communication skills.
• “Playing coach” – can easily lead the team, but doesn’t shy away from doing tasks manually.
• 5+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Experience with PHP (Symfony) / Go, or a desire to work with this stack.
• Knowledge: SOLID, DDD, Microservices, Layered Architecture, GoF patterns, Clean Code.
• Experience with relational DBMS (MySQL, etc.).
