What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and data processing pipelines.
• Optimize SQL Server queries and database structures for performance and scalability.
• Implement screen scraping techniques while navigating bot detection and CAPTCHA challenges.
• Integrate with a wide variety of external systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience with C# .NET and SQL Server in production environments.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
• Experience handling large-scale data processing efficiently.
• Familiarity with screen scraping, including techniques to avoid bot detection and bypass CAPTCHA.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and system integration.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Prior work experience in and understanding of Agile Development.
• Experience with testing frameworks like NUnit, xunit or equivalent.
• Advanced parsing of various data exchange formats (XML, JSON, fixed width, delimited).
• Experience with Test Driven Development.
• Experience with Mocking Frameworks like MOQ or Rhino.
