What you will do

• Consult with AGI-DS scientists to transform complex research objectives into clear data collection requirements.
• Act as the primary partner for customer scientists to manage ML data solution workflows.
• Monitor and optimize collection health metrics to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to define and validate technical requirements.
• Provide strategic recommendations on annotation scalability and workflow feasibility.
• Drive customer adoption through technical value and exemplary relationship management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ML data operations or related data annotation workflows.
• Strong expertise in translating complex technical concepts into tactical applications.
• Demonstrated ability in customer communication and technical account management.
• Associate's degree or equivalent practical work experience.
• Strong understanding of ML project lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Working knowledge of Python, JSON, and Command Line tools.
