TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Sales): Generates qualified leads from inbound and outbound sources, profiling prospective clients, and providing feedback on sales and marketing campaigns. Focus on communicating hirify.global’ value and offerings to prospects and achieving assigned quotas.
Location: Hybrid (onsite three days per week) within 45 miles of one of hirify.global' office locations. Fluent German is a MUST. Personal or professional experience in German speaking countries/EMEA.

What you will do
- Develop a targeted list of prospects and qualify inbound leads.
- Conduct lead generation activities and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Communicate hirify.global’ value to prospects across a company’s I/T organization.
- Partner with assigned Account Executives to develop your territory.
- Consistently achieve assigned quotas and performance goals.
- Update and maintain prospect information and sales activities on systems such as Outreach and Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B technology Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales experience.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Desire to learn and move up within a sales organization.
- Strong English Language skills.
- Fluent German is a MUST.
- Personal or professional experience in German speaking countries/ EMEA.
