TL;DR

AVP Sales (Cybersecurity): Leading and developing a high-performing sales team for enterprise software solutions in Canada with an accent on driving net new ARR and regional business strategy. Location: Must reside in Canada (Metro Toronto preferred). The company follows a hybrid work model, requiring candidates residing within 45 miles of an office or specified location to work onsite three days per week and remotely the remaining days.

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Directors in Canada.
  • Drive regional business strategy, including market analysis and go-to-market planning.
  • Develop annual sales plans and manage sales forecasts to achieve net new ARR goals.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships, distributors, and channel development within the region.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, documentation, and tools.
  • Be deeply involved in complex regional deals, assisting with negotiation and closing.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal business development, marketing, channel, technical, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Previous enterprise software sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Sales leadership experience specifically within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven experience in building regional sales operations throughout Canada.
  • Demonstrated leadership of high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the information security channel network of partners.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience selling to Enterprise clients.
  • Ability to travel as required.
