What you will do
- Qualify and manage leads from marketing campaigns, converting them into closed opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop professional relationships with new accounts, ensuring consistent pipeline development.
- Own and expand the market through trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and position hirify.global solutions.
- Exceed assigned growth goals and sales quota.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity sales.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling a new business or market.
- Strong expertise in territory planning and sales methodologies.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue.
- Experience selling to large enterprise customers in the LATAM region.
- Fluent in Spanish (Mandatory).
- English Business Proficiency Required.
