What you will do
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with new and existing enterprise accounts.
- Qualify, manage, and progress sales opportunities from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and execute territory and account-based sales strategies.
- Continuously build new pipeline and exceed assigned growth goals.
- Conduct prospecting efforts and discovery calls to advise on hirify.global products.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Houston, TX territory with strong in-territory experience.
- 8+ years of Enterprise Sales experience successfully selling into enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and quotas.
- Ability to contribute a "Challenger" mindset to evangelize and control the sales process.
- Strong experience with Enterprise customers in the region.
- Ability to work across all levels of the organization.

- Active Directory, Azure AD, or identity-related sales experience.
