What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into possible product improvements.
• Design and develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality software, conducting code reviews and contributing to technical excellence.
• Collaborate on system design, tech stack decisions, and optimizations for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead technical direction for major initiatives, shape product evolution, and mentor team members.
• Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve processes, tools, and team practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture.
• Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements, specifications, and ultimately into code.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, linking daily work to team and company goals, balancing cost and benefit.
• Take responsibility for technical work, product, and team shaping.
• Proactively support team goals and close gaps.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and communicate complex ideas clearly.
