AVP Sales (Cybersecurity)

AVP Sales (Cybersecurity): Leading and developing a team of Enterprise Sales Directors to drive net new Annual Recurring Revenue for cybersecurity software solutions with an accent on regional business strategy, go-to-market planning, and channel development. Focus on building and managing high-performing sales organizations, accurately forecasting sales, and closing complex deals within the Central US region.

Location: Must reside in the Central US territory and follow a hybrid work model (three days onsite, two days remote) if within 45 miles of a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Directors.
• Drive overall regional business strategy, including market analysis and go-to-market planning.
• Develop annual sales plans and manage sales forecasts for regional growth.
• Leverage strategic partnerships and develop channels throughout the region.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and tools.
• Be deeply involved in the region’s complex deals to help negotiate and close them.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Central US territory.
• Previous enterprise software sales leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Sales leadership experience within the cybersecurity industry.
• Proven regional build experience throughout Central US.
• Extensive knowledge of selling to Enterprise clients and understanding of the information security channel network.
• Ability to travel required.
