Location: Remote Germany, Berlin Hub, NRW Hub, Munich Hub

Salary: Uncapped commission and expected 6-figure package, and opportunity to participate in common share equity program

What you will do

  • Take ownership of targeted outreach to potential clients through cold calls and personalized messages.
  • Take ownership of discovery meetings and process analysis with key stakeholders.
  • Craft tailored value propositions by understanding the unique pain points of industrial stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales.
  • Continuously improve outbound sales tactics and stay ahead of the market by updating commercial knowledge and tracking industry trends.
  • Prioritise complex tasks with clients and identify potential bottlenecks to push deals moving forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business, or similar.
  • Confident picking up the phone, following scripts, and asking open-ended questions.
  • Attention to detail with accurately tracking information in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Structured thinker and organized.
  • Resilient in handling rejection and maintaining momentum through long sales cycles.
  • Team player with a sense of ownership and accountability.
